Before you apply
Who do you work with?
Models and digital creators who already have an audience and want a team to run it properly, and businesses that want our systems set up in theirs. We don’t take every application.
How is this different from a talent agency?
An agency finds you deals. We run the day-to-day: a fixed team on your accounts, content production and the technology behind it. Deals come on top.
What happens after I apply?
We review your application within 5 to 7 business days. If there’s a fit, we write to you to set up a short video call, and we agree terms only after that.
Does applying cost anything?
No. Applying is free, and so is the first call.
How do I join the team?
Press “Join the Team”. The application continues with our Telegram bot, and we train you from the first day.
